Sanya, a popular tourist destination on Hainan Island off southern China's coast, is restricting tourists and residents after an outbreak of Covid-19. Public transportation was halted and people's movements restricted starting Saturday morning. Stranded tourists are required to stay for seven days and clear five Covid-19 tests before leaving. Authorities say around 80,000 tourists remain in the city. All those currently in Sanya as well as people who have been to the city since July 23 were not allowed to leave Hainan province after 6 p.m. local time Saturday. The restrictions come at the height of the summer tourism season for the island province — popularly known as China's Hawaii for its sandy beaches, tropical forests and high-end hotels. Julia Fox Takes The Trend To Unusual Lows With Look Of The Week.

Julia Fox rose to fame in 2021 after a brief but indelible relationship with Kanye West, and has since become an almost constant source of internet chatter. She has achieved this with her sartorial unpredictability and DIY-ing a bandeau top and matching bottoms out of a single pair of jeans using just a pair of scissors. Her now quintessential finger-painted black eyeliner look is fast becoming the enfant terrible of celebrity fashion. The ensemble, designed by Liza Kearne of Central Saint Martins, is the latest in a new genre of extremist fashion. Recent fashion weeks have touted super short hem-lines (a la Miu Miu's era-defining micro-mini skirt), risque prints (see: the revival of the trompe l'oeil), and cut-out silhouettes. Last Friday, actress and model Meghan Fox was photographed ...

Creepy Passenger Aircraft Sits Lifeless On The Floor Of The Red Sea.

An old jet plane, mounted on wings and tail fin, would be a sight to behold in the air or on the ground. This is especially true when it is underwater. The abandoned jet Lockheed Martin L1011 Tristar, sunk to create an artificial reef to encourage marine life, has been photographed by American underwater photographer Brett Hoelzer in a series of images that capture the eerie spectacle created by this aquatic airliner. As indicated by Hoelzer, the fly has now turned into a safe house for wreck travelers and submerged picture takers. First enrolled during the 1980s and seeing help for a few carriers including, as per Planespotters.net, Royal Jordanian, Portugal's TAP Air and Sweden's Novair previously, after a last spell with Luzair, one more Portuguese transporter, it was deserted in ...

Every week is a difficult week for this White House right now. But as the President Joe Biden of the United States recovers from his recent infection Covid-19, he faces a new moment of truth this week about an economy that is stuck in an identity crisis and buffeted by unpredictable outside forces. At any other time, a President presiding over a 3.6% unemployment rate—a shining number that normally would suggest a healthy economy—would expect his approval rating to be around 50% and be cruising to a second term. But since US inflation rate has raced to 40-year highs on the back of raging demand and Covid-compromised supply chains, exacerbated by a spike in oil prices, Biden's job performance rating has slumped into the 30s (and is even lower among independent voters) and Democrats are brac...

"Breast milk is unique in its nutrients and protective effects, and really quite remarkable when you look at what it does for a child's developing immune system."
